This month’s freebie is a piece from my Friendship Collection that’s especially close to my heart. I designed this collection to celebrate the sweet gift of friends. Growing up with sisters, I got my first glimpse of what friendship can look like—inside jokes, shared tears, and someone who stays even when you’re not at your best. They were my very first “friends,” and I still see God’s kindness in that.
Proverbs 27:9 (CSB) says, “Oil and incense bring joy to the heart, and the sweetness of a friend is better than self-counsel.”
This simple, colorful artwork is a small visual reminder of that sweetness and the way God uses friends (and sometimes sisters!) to bring comfort, joy, and encouragement into our everyday lives.
